At SYMAS, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return/exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return/exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery by following these steps:

1) Get In Touch With Us Via Our Details on the Contact Us Page.

2) We'll Send You the Return Address When You Reach Out (Please Share the Receipt & Order Number).

3) Courier the Unused Products To The Address.

4) Once We Receive the Product, We Will Process The Payment After Inspection.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery by following these steps:

1) Get In Touch With Us Via Our Details on the Contact Us Page.

2) We'll Send You the Exchange Address When You Reach Out (Please Share the Receipt & Order Number).

3) Courier the Unused Products To The Address.

4) Once We Receive the Product, We Will Send The New Product You Selected. If There Is A Price Difference, We Will Settle It With You.
